In 2003 our client took possession of a large empty 6000 m2 industrial unit with a very uninspiring brick façade. As the market leader in their field this was to be their new state of the art manufacturing facility. The decision was soon made to provide a new appearance to the building. The entire front of the building was over clad to form a new profile with new fenestration & entrance canopies creating an up to date high tech appearance to underline the companies high tech products. Internally, offices & facilities had a complete refurbishment to provide large open plan modern high specification working spaces to accommodate the technical & administration staff. In the heart of the building Holland Contracts installed & commissioned four large purpose built Class 10,000cleanrooms with 3200m2 of manufacturing space. These upgrades were designed & installed over various phases complete with all the intricate & sophisticated support infrastructure including specialist gasses, liquids, power, gas & liquid extraction facilities. There have been many technical challenges during this project to fully satisfy the clients requirements in terms of performance & appearance,Holland Contracts Ltd are proud to have provided our client with a facility that is not only a highly efficient but aesthetically pleasing manufacturing base.
